    Ship configurations:

    1 engine power makes 3 thrust, enough to accelerate three modules
    one hex per turn per turn.  Number of modules may be any integer
    greater than two.  Thrust carries over from turn to turn only while
    engine points are spent.  First turn without engine points spent
    throws away all remainder. 

    Maneuverability is based on length of ship along longest of the
    three axes.
